Refund Policy

This page summarizes our refund policy for quick reference. It is drawn directly from, and is part of, our full Terms & Conditions (Sections 4 and 5) — if anything here and the full Terms ever appear to conflict, the Terms & Conditions control.

All Lead Purchases Are Final — No Refunds

There is no fee to post a request as a Borrower.

All lead purchases by Lenders are final and non-refundable, without exception, including but not limited to situations where:

• the Borrower does not respond, is unreachable, or provides inaccurate information;
• the deal does not close, fund, or proceed for any reason;
• the Lender changes its mind, determines the deal is not a fit, or made a purchasing error;
• a simultaneous purchase occurs, as described below.

We do not offer credits, replacements, or partial refunds for any lead purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (currently Stripe); we do not store full payment card information.

Simultaneous Purchases

We design the Service so that each request is purchased by one Lender. However, due to the technical nature of real-time payment processing, it is possible — though rare — for two Lenders' payments to complete within moments of each other before the marketplace can update. In that event, both purchasing Lenders will receive the Sealed Information in full, and no refund will be issued to either Lender on that basis. By purchasing a lead, each Lender acknowledges and accepts this possibility. This is disclosed again at checkout before you pay.

Not a Guarantee of Funding

Purchase of a lead is not a guarantee that any loan will be made, closed, or funded. See our Terms & Conditions (Section 6) for the full disclaimer.
